Key Responsibilities:

‍Client Relations:

• Greet clients and provide them with refreshments.
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and answering queries.
• Gather client feedback to improve services.

‍Content Creation:

• Photograph and film salon services, products, and events.
• Edit photos and videos for social media platforms.

Social Media Management:

• Respond to comments and messages on social media.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest relevant content ideas.
• Collaborate with stylists to feature their work and expertise.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials.
• Help organize and promote in-salon events and specials.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in tracking and restocking retail products.
• Manage displays to ensure they are visually appealing.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain client records and update appointment schedules.
• Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.

Training and Development:

• Provide training on social media best practices to salon staff.
• Stay updated on the latest social media tools and trends.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in salon operations, front desk, or a related field is highly preferred, with a track record of success in driving operational excellence and achieving business goals.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, staff, and senior management.
